They provide the equivalent of “leader skills” in this game, every one of them has an aura that buffs your whole party with the UR ones being really impactful, and the raw stats on them are nutty as well. They almost double a single stat of your unit when maxed out.

As F2P you should mostly only roll for characters and ignore these unless they're super powerful. There's a few ones that have very good active skills (I have a SSR one that at max lvl gives a tomahawk skill to axe units). You aren't going to be able to compete against whales anyway so don't bother going for limit breaks.

The power gap between UR and SSR graphs is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger than the power gap between 5* and 4* units. A team of base 4* maxed out equipped with with non LB’d UR graphs will completely stomp a team of maxed out 5* with LB’d SSR graphs, that’s how huge the gap is. Go look up the party skills and active skills and stat totals of SSR graphs and you’ll realize how pathetic they are next to UR graphs. 4* units don’t have skills as nifty as their 5* counterparts but at least they can compete on stat totals once you max them out.

You'll be able to get free URs from tickets they give and free rolls, meanwhile if you spend your free gems on the fricking graph banner you won't have any waifus which is the entire point in playing these games.

Someone give me a general rundown of the plot, what the hell is this game about?
Big evil monster guys invade Tokyo and will cause the end of the world, so to stop that the MC (you) goes back to the past to collect the legendary weapons to stop the big evil monsters, first person you go back to is Noir.
Noir lived happily with his friend Lancelot and sister Dinatan until one day Lancelot fricks off and Noir's mother dies, so Noir and his sister are raised by a mercenary leader instead while Noir tries to find out why Lancelot (supposedly) killed his father, who was one of the knights of the roundtable.
While fighting Lancelot, big evil monster guys show up and Noir's mercenary group almost all die, and Noir is forced to join the magical academy which is tasked with stopping the big evil guys from invading the kingdom and killing everyone.

Story difficulty starts spiking near the end of month 8 so make sure to do all the side quests for EXP/money and have good units (good healer seems to be very important) or you will be in trouble.

This game has one of the worst writing I've ever seen. How in the hell can you even frick this up, it's like most conversations are like this:

Lancelot: It is not up to me to tell where you must go in your path, but it's important you realize how heavy is the burden you bear.

It's like they don't have a conversation, characters just say their lines.
I think the problem is they tried to make noir half selft insert and half his own charcter.
So they can't have him have too much of a personality or give him too much lines for each choices.
They should have made future (you) the only self insert and Noir just a simple character like the rest.
Why the hell does the future (you) plot even exist? It just overly complicates things and adds even more potential NTR to an already NTR heavy plot.

I always saw the game as just a Fire Emblem / Persona clone with Noir as the only MC and 3 routes.
Instead we have a plot where (you) are actually the real MC but don't actually do anything and Noir is just a temporary MC for the Camelot arc that will probably be replaced in a year or two once a new arc in a new era start.
The only way i see (you) become relevent is once all the sword are collected and the fight in the future can start but that would probably be in like 5 years if the game is even still alive at that point.
Supposedly the plan is to have eight chapters (last chapter being the MC's).
But I doubt we'll even get to the second chapter before the game's EOS considering the JP community is rioting that they're changing EXP gain from free battles.

I didn't get far in the story but she seems to imply the only reason she is around Noir to help him is because of (you).
Tyr keeps Noir at arm's distance even if you max her bond as Noir.
The contrast between Guinevere and Tyr is like night and day, Guinevere is already super down bad for Noir even if you don't go down her route, even if you literally never touch her bond.
It's pretty clear that they're reserving Tyr and Laev as the harem of the future protagonist.

What the frick is this gameplay? Like 10% of the game is actual FE chess combat with the rest being persona school shit with a side of idlehomosexualry.
Like a lot of gacha games, the story content is extremely frontloaded so after you finish your first loop of the story 90% of the gameplay will be combat.
The problem is that after you finish the first loop you'll be strong enough to auto 90% of that combat.
Even the story past the first month has reasonable amounts of FE-style gameplay, the tutorial segment is just paced incredibly fricking poorly.

The money and production values are there but the game was just dreadfully boring to me. Poorly written story with some really bad pacing, I wanted to kill myself during the endless school tutorial section. Tactical combat also felt extremely disappointing, maybe because I barely got to see any after hours of playing this crap, and what I got to see wasn't particularly fun. It has all the systems from FE but all encounters just felt dull and slow. Maybe there is something more fun later down the line but this early game is truly terrible

Feel like there's a few QoL sticking points that need to be ironed out for a Global release, and once again, Gumi like the absolute morons they are, released the game in JP first instead of simultaneously world wide with a single update and feature road map.
As much as they want to look like a viable company with all this meme NFT and Bitcoin shit, they're incompetent idiots who are just going to botch it.
EXP gain needs to be raised across the board, mats for style board leveling need to be more plentiful when it comes to the SSR rarity, and AP potion use limit needs to be increased dramatically. I have 10 AP pots rotting in the claim bag on my account.
Another sticking point is that when you auto skip or leave a free map mission it takes you all the way back to the fricking main screen instead of the stage selection area. Such a simple fricking concept they got right in WotV and presumably TAC (I never played it), and the fact that it's not already a feature is deplorable.
Honestly feels like they rushed it out to make a buck and recoup.
Oh well. Hopefully global becomes a thing and at least gets some time in the sun so I can finish the story.

It was fun, but after reading all the 3 routes there's nothing much to do in the game.
Haven't done the HARD difficulty for the routes, but seems it's just about stacking as much dodge as you can on some characters so can't say I'm motivated to do it.
Also there's 2 endings for every route but it only changes the last few lines. Might as well look for it on youtube, as skipping through everything probably takes a day or two.
I think releasing all the story in one go might not have been a good idea, as there's nothing to look forward for now and going by the sales numbers, we are not getting a new arc.
