That's not true. In Britain they have higher crime rates, in Brazil they don't keep track of crime by race but if you look at where black population density is the highest and where crime in Brazil is the highest you'll notice the maps line up perfectly. Blacks wherever they are commit crime at a higher rate than the other races in their proximity. I don't even hate black people, if they're cool then they're cool but don't lie you fricking rat.

We actually do keep tabs on crime rates by races, at least last time I checked. But it is completely fricked because depending on where you source it they will conflate "mulato" (which just means mixed) with either black or white to push a narrative most of the time. Afaik it's been well distributed for the longest time with mulato being the highest demographic in both crime and population overall. Wouldn't surprise me if we have a bri'ish like rate by race, though.

TL;DR: if you want to play Fallout made by Russians, play Fallout: Sonora, if you want to play a "based" Russian RPG like some people call ATOM, play Planet Alcatraz and if you want to play Fallout set in Russia, play ATOM RPG: Trudograd.

I really hated it the first time I played it because I couldn't find any ammo. Played through a second time with melee and enjoyed it but lost interest after 20 hours or so.

Yes. There are a frickton of NPCs and a lot of them are famous people. There's also Gaben who's a dude actually selling knives afaik.
They have absolutely nothing to do with the e-celeb and neither are they named after them. Todd, for example, is just a nobody raider you meet in front of some sewer entrance and you'll most likely just kill him after he tries to extort you for a fee to enter.

He was captain of Man Utd when they were the most successful club in English soccer history and is widely regarded as one of the best midfieldersof his generation/all time. In the game he's a minor NPC who appears as a farmer who kills some of Dan's men after they raped and killed his daughter.

Well soccer is the most popular sport in most parts of Russia. So one of the devs was probably a fanboy and decided to put him in the game
MU does have a pretty large following in Russia, as does the English premier league as a whole, but I can't say he has any real cultural significance as far as the whole country goes.

I love Fallout and I found ATOM RPG to be pretty unbearable. The writing is just bad, and not only due to the litany of spelling errors, poor grammar and overall bad translation. NPCs don't even feel like they exist in the same universe. Every conversation feels disjointed, riddled with awful attempts at meme humor, and a waste of time.
If you're someone who dislikes Fallout 2 for being too "lol random" and fantastical, this game will be unplayable for you.
