There's pictures of him in a hospital wearing a gown so it seems he did. Apparently he spent some of the donation money on the surgery he got cheap in Mexico then spent the rest on a car. He lost weight for a time but then he just put it all back on again after a while. So his life is the same if not worse.

I started watching this guy when I was a 14 year old playing WaW after school. Now I'm 29 with a university education, a wife, a house, a career and a child on the way. He's still stuck in the exact same place that he was all those years ago. What a life lads, how does he carry on?
I like to think that there's an alternate timeline where he beat Syndicate in the 1v1 and everything goes right for him. He becomes a massive content creator, loses the weight, gets a wife and family. But he lost so in the nearly 12 years since the 1v1 he has changed nothing about himself for the better.
