Azur Lane is cheap in terms of gachas. They make more because everything costs less. So more people buy it. It's the only Gacha game I've ever spent money on. I think about about $70 on QOL stuff when I played a few years ago.
The "game" itself is so basic and repetitive I can't believe people are playing it for years. There's nothing there, it's just clicking on shiny dots to collect shiny items once every few hours
