When I think of eurojank the first thing that comes to mind is ELEX, or anything published by Prime Matter.
The reason kusoge and eurojank are still fun and get an affectionate title is because they tend to be unique despite the flaws, that uniqueness is why the games still have appeal.
Bad American games are just shittier version of popular American games, there's no uniqueness to them.
I've never taken kusoge to imply fun in the same way eurojank does
