You don't get a fighting style as a (pure) rogue, grabbing dual wielder just to make your offhand 2 damage stronger (and only occasionally, assuming you max roll your offhand swing, which will not happen even on a consistent basis) and gain +1 AC is such a waste when you could get a dex improvment which would make your main hand stronger by a flat amount, give you +1 AC and also improve ALL of your other rogue shit on top of that

projectile necklace (green item) at endgame. Necklace gets swapped out for the one that restores any lvl of spell slot when needed.
That neck is OP on an evocation wizard, but otherwise in act 3 you can get full set of the weave + legendary staff, and THAT is a disgusting amount of gear.
Is there any gear the increases dex in the game? Otherwise i feel like settling for 16 dex is equally good unless you gonna blow 2 feats on 2+ stat and a half feat for +1 dex to reach 20.

there are gloves that set your dex to 18 but that's not really increasing
There's a cloth chestpiece with +2 DEX.
Not like you need it. You only need one +2 DEX feat to hit 20 if you start with 17 DEX and use hag hair.
I made no deals with some putrid hag so my dex is 17.
