Paladin Sorcerer is already OP AS FRICK in 5e, and likely just as nova damage in 3.5. The monk/ninja is probably there so they get evasion and a shit ton of attacks.

You should be able to kill them in the other mythic paths as well. 100% of all lefty self inserts should be killable. They let you kill Horgus Gwerm for literally no reason when you finish his quest presumably cause he's a rich white male.

They let you kill almost everyone, don't say inane shit, the reason he is killable and anevia is not is that he is not related to the main quest whatsoever.
Almost all npcs not necessary to complete the main quest you can kill without issues, they can be female, black, white, doesn't matter.
You can't kill the storyteller either, because he is important for the main quest.

You can't compare tabletop to single-player CRPG's, because the latter tends to be a haven for self-inserting. I mean, as does the former if you're playing with newbies or douchebags, but its heavily frowned upon, at least when I was into it back in the day. But white males are the primary consumer of the genre, hence a lot of people will choose an idealized version of themselves to self insert with during their first play through in a CRPG.

There is blatant SJW shit, most of it is frontloaded in charpter 1, from 2 onwards the lesbian orc becomes basically a fricking joke of a character, you can beat her so hard a scar appears in her portrait (demon path I think).
The troony will keep giving you a couple of quests but will not be really relevant anymore.
You can kill both or none depending on the path you choose.
For everything else, nothing SJW related is really mentioned or shown.
