I pay $110 a month for internet and it comes with a 500gb data limit. I have to pay $10/10gb over that limit, or $50 extra for unlimited data. If I don't like it, I can switch to century link, which is like trading aids for stage 4 cancer. Those are my only options. It's great being an American.

Glad I waited to install and play this game.
Both D:OS1+2 needed time to cook after launch as well.
Installing 15gb updates every other week would have driven me batshit crazy fast.
