How so? It's as easy as its ever been. You don't even have to worry about egg moves or HA's anymore since Mirror Herb is readily available and the Ability Patches drop from raids.

Yes, because waiting for eggs in older games meant that I was making progress on my current eggs. It sucks having to just sit there and wait in SV, and then having no good egg loop.
If you max the basket and get 10 eggs at once, they all have the step counter at 0. If you take 5 to hatch, they don't all hatch at the same time. You can still loop, you are just too used to the old system. With the speeds you get running off Koraidon/Miraidon it's so fast that you perceive the action of opening the box as taking longer than the hatching itself.
The only game where hatching was arguably faster was Sw/Sh.

He's talking about looping where you just hold a direction button and the game makes you go in a circle. That hasn't been a thing since ORAS AFAIK and I don't think it will ever return.
I've been using my pro controller with a rubberband and having it on loop in the middle of the mesagoza arena.

Hope DLC gives us a easier way to get more Apriballs, I would hunt as many starters in Apriballs as I could and trade with others for offsprings in order to have a complete collection
Nothing new really. Luxury balls have been legal for all of the starters for awhile. Gen 8 starters became possible with SV raid events. We are just missing current Gen 9 starters. They will be available in Great, Ultra, Premier, and Masterball starting in September with the next GO season.
Gen 2 starters were first legal with Colosseum. Don't remember Gen 3 & 4 but I have had them for awhile. Think I got them in Luxury Balls with Dream World in Gen 5. I remember Gen 1 & 6 were available from friend safaris.
It's still better for breeding. Being able to do it from a single game is much more efficient. Haven't been able to do that since 3DS era.

There are "people" who spend hundreds of hours in older games soft resetting for shiny starters even when MMing exists. Appalling I know, but they're out there.
Gen 5 starters have been available in all balls from Gen 7 with Island Scan.

No. Across BDSP and SWSH I have so many that I don't even bother anymore.
Did you only just start playing in 2020? They've had every legendary catchable each gen since 4.
I've been playing since RB. I'm saying they are already all over the Switch generation. At this point I have (several) competitive ready legendaries and PVE legendaries and a bunch of others that serve no purpose besides filling my HOME boxes eating away storage.
there is a way to catch every legend in a game in every single gen, last gen had dmax adventures, this gen will have some other method
