What are you even talking about? Anyways you're going to be very disappointed. The game is already getting tons of positive buzz from the places that actually play video games.
>He's a Titan
No. Cronos is a titan, and he does not "personifies the primordial origin of the passage of time". That's Chronos, and Chronos is not a titan.
stop embarrassing yourself and just check wikipedia
"Cronus" and "Chronos" are not the same being.
Chronos is not a titan.
Cronus (the actual titan) is not the personification of time.
Cronus, the Titan, is the father of Zeus, and he's the one who was defeated by the Olympians during the Titanomachy. At the time the myth was written, Cronus wasn't seen as the embodiment of time, because he never was. That's Chronos, and again, Chronos is not a Titan.
i feel like the game did that on purpose then would also explain why the god in the OP has symbols from so many different cultures and religions like he's some weird mishmash that stems from heavy misrepresentation

Does he actually show any time based powers?
So far I've only seen him whisk me away to the Underworld from Hades 1 which isn't exactly "time based".
With how many minor obscure details about Greek mythology were in Hades 1 I kinda doubt they'd make such an obvious frick up.
>Greek god >Egyptian outfit >Roman numerals on collar >Christian imagery in the halo >skin looks like Japanese kintsugi
Was he designed on purpose to be a cultural hodgepodge?
why is he styled so egyptian?
I do like the kintsugi stuff with his skin though. I assume it's a reference to him piecing himself back together after zeus originally overthrew him
>Chronos predates Olympus (and Classical Greece by extension)
>Old Kingdom Egypt predates Classical Greece by a thousand+ years
I can see the logic
> a Darkest Dungeon reference
Grim. I can't wait until this garbage flops.

I'm talking about Supergiant losing their soul
>le girl power down with the patriarchy
It’s all so tiresome
>game is about smashing duh patriarchy
you homosexuals actually like this shit?
do you spend all day on here whining about le homosexuals?
Do you spend all day here being a homosexual?
>Let's give the final boss a second form that starts out with a one hit kill that is completely unavoidable unless you know it's coming!
Frick. You.
why are all the characters black?
White leftist cucks worship Black folk. It's one of leftisms core tenets.
The devs don’t make sequels but they finally do and it’s completely full of ESG shit. They just took a check and shat out a passionless project
>Chronos
>Titan of Time
what a bunch of fricking morons
how can you base your game on greek mythology and fail so hard?
He's a Titan and personifies the primordial origin of the passage of time, it's not exactly wrong to call him that.
>He's a Titan
No. Cronos is a titan, and he does not "personifies the primordial origin of the passage of time". That's Chronos, and Chronos is not a titan.
Χρόνος
Happy? Chronus, Cronos, Khronos, you can anglicise it in a lot of ways, doesn't mean it's not the same mythological being.
stop embarrassing yourself and just check wikipedia
"Cronus" and "Chronos" are not the same being.
Chronos is not a titan.
Cronus (the actual titan) is not the personification of time.
In the same article you posted it literally names every name that was being said as different spellings for "Chronos".
Without the 'h', yes. Chronus, Cronus, one is the personification of time, the other is a titan. There is no "Titan of Time" in Greek mythology.
>'"Here's this article showing that chronos was interpreted as chronus in antiquity, thus you are wrong when you say chronus and Chronos are the same"
>Cronus
>Chronus
Now that's some strong ass autism
Please explain who or what you think Chronos is.
Cronus, the Titan, is the father of Zeus, and he's the one who was defeated by the Olympians during the Titanomachy. At the time the myth was written, Cronus wasn't seen as the embodiment of time, because he never was. That's Chronos, and again, Chronos is not a Titan.

man chuds are really grasping at straws here.

Nognos
nvm this game is made by american morons, so of course they mixed up mythological figures and made them all Black folk
