If you get truly RNG'd out, you should be fine to just play again with the same team and go farther.

The hall is a great way to get usage of every Pokemon though since you get rewarded for your collective streak.

The Factory is very skill based, but requires a lot of game knowledge on the Pokemon sets. Most of the RNG comes from the quality of your drafts.
Yeah, it is. It's still the best singleplayer content Pokemon has ever produced though.
