this really depends though, i've played games with people who get mad at specific people, and thats how they act, but other will just let the game ruin their entire day and become toxic everywhere.
you can really tell the difference by seeing if the person is still angry after the game ends

idk if thats true though, at least in my experience, i've had friends do absolutely awful in games, but i've never cared (except for when some will get tilted at the game and intentionally ruin it). i want to play games with my friends, and if that means we lose every game because they can't play well, im fine with it

Dumb as shit. If you have an actual competitive drive you know that ranting at and tilting your teammates is basically guaranteed to make you lose, especially when you're wrong (which most toxic gamers are)
