Having a positive perception of the gacha system is before the thousands of hours and dollars invested, as time goes on they begin to hate the game they play but they never leave.
Real gacha gamers were welcoming the sweet release it would bring. They're bound to their games with the time and money they've sunk into them even though they hate actually playing.
I would've fricking welcomed the removal of daily tasks / rewards, having stuff on a purely weekly schedule would be a godsend for everyone in reducing burnout and making the game more enjoyable to actually sit down and engage with once or twice a week.
