Shell Smash doesn't even make sense for anything with a shell that isn't removable
It makes sense for Crustle, Minor, and Polteageist, and that's it.
Turtles (Pokemon whose shells are physically attached to their bodies) shouldn't learn it
Turtles got it Shell Smash becuase Blastiose from KANTOOOOOOO got it, but became Game Freak doesn't put Blastiose on a false pedastel like CHARIZARD is, the other turtles mons were allowed to get it. Also Torterra has Sinnoh Privelge so it gets to be broken.
