it's nothing special but it's smooth, it's readable, the camera movement and every shot is coherent.
it's about 25 fps.
while the one piece clip is animated at a stuttery inconsistent rate that never goes above 12-15 fps.

Now we flash forward to Wano and count how many of the villains and fights in this arc are remotely comedic in nature. There was one or two moments with Ulti and Page One but they're literally just one exception.

Animation was kinda hard to follow, really messy the scene. The cartoon sfxs were a really cool touch and i really like the music but other than that, kinda shit (nothing new for one piece).

Bleach literally only exists as an excuse for Kubo to draw cool designs. To say you like the look of it more than one piece is valid, but one piece is absolutely the better series.
One Piece only exists because Oda likes making characters by the truckload and throwing them all out every arc. Bleach had much better written characters, and both series are shit.
I'd consider Bleach's character writing to be about at the level of One Piece, maybe a little lower. That is to say, neither is very good. One Piece's standout writing quality is its worldbuilding, something Bleach honestly sucks at.
One Piece's appeal is the unmatched worldbuilding, the great character moments, and the way the core themes of the series are presented throughout the arcs. it's not something you'd get by watching webms

i don't get it, so luffy had all of the gear 1-5 powers from the very start and just didn't use them because he didn't feel like it or gained each gear by doing/stealing something?
What he calls "gears" is just him learning how to use the power better. He calls this gear 5 because that's just how he's interpreted the fruit, he doesn't realize this is the true form of it. I doubt he even realizes it's actually a zoan yet.

gear 5 seems different though, it's like 1-3 (and probably 4 but i'm not there yet) are kaio-kens and 5 is super saiyan from what i've seen
Gear 4 has an early version of 5's cloud effect/aura around him so it was a bit of a sign he was doing more than just his regular Gear powering up but neither the manga or he never brought attention to it.
So "Gear X" is Luffy's way of referring to how he's learned new ways to utilize the power of the Gum Gum fruit, starting with Gear 2 which was him more or less just fighting faster, then Gear 3 was his first attempt to change more physically, Gear 4 was him post-TS learning to intergrate Haki into his physical transformations and Gear 5 was him awakening to the Gum Gum's true power due to a near death experience against Kaido and his free spirited nature, but as
states, he's more likely than not fairly oblivious to the true nature of it so he considers it him finding a new way to use his power.
gears 2-4 are Luffy developing new techniques by using the rubery properties of his body creatively. gear 5 is a devil fruit awakening that happens once the user's body and mind have come in synch with the fruit's power

I love gear 5 but the direction in these scenes were dogshit. I wouldn't be able to tell what the hell is going on if I didn't read the manga.
