Spending so much time to completely update the patch and get every bit of content, including the DLC updated to be more accurate. Its amazing all the shit they fricked up - look at the changelog for each version where the modders had to fix, decensor, and return accuracy to the game content. All in a game that never specifically mentions any ages as I understand - the ages were in some datamined dev files somewhere, not even presence in the vanilla localized game. Its preposterous that the localizers made all these changes instead of taking the much more limited path of simply altering character ages up ,if they had to do something while leaving all the content in.
Major respect for the modders though especially considering how many fan translation and similar projects fall apart - we STILL don't have a proper version of Fates that is complete. Closest thing I see is Fates Retranslation+, but it A) doesn't have the additional custom voice stuff grabbed from Heroes etc... compatible in Japanese. Its English only for now which is some bullshit. You CAN use the mod with a standard undub but that doesn't mean it will be mod-accurate B) at least is finished with Conquest and Birthright, but no Revelations. Not sure about some smaller DLCs . Still even with all this is pretty ambitious and even restores some playable characters, adds stuff from the audio dramas and other official sources etc. I'm thinking of seeing if the Engage Uncensored team will be willing to pick up the Fates mod and fix it once and for all.

I've never played the game, but it sounds very much like the only reason you can have an S-Supported Anna that does Engage+ is by completing her relationship subquest, which was removed from the game. So the only reason it was possible was because OP modded the game. However, the ban does not simply state that the reason for the ban was because of using a modded client; this leaves the reason unclear enough that people can easily jump to conclusions. It's just a bad mod. The ban could easily have stated, "User posted video that proves he was using modded client. Using modded clients are illegal as per this rule. According to our rules, this results in perma-ban."

Spending so much time to completely update the patch and get every bit of content, including the DLC updated to be more accurate. Its amazing all the shit they fricked up - look at the changelog for each version where the modders had to fix, decensor, and return accuracy to the game content. All in a game that never specifically mentions any ages as I understand - the ages were in some datamined dev files somewhere, not even presence in the vanilla localized game. Its preposterous that the localizers made all these changes instead of taking the much more limited path of simply altering character ages up ,if they had to do something while leaving all the content in.
Major respect for the modders though especially considering how many fan translation and similar projects fall apart - we STILL don't have a proper version of Fates that is complete. Closest thing I see is Fates Retranslation+, but it A) doesn't have the additional custom voice stuff grabbed from Heroes etc... compatible in Japanese. Its English only for now which is some bullshit. You CAN use the mod with a standard undub but that doesn't mean it will be mod-accurate B) at least is finished with Conquest and Birthright, but no Revelations. Not sure about some smaller DLCs . Still even with all this is pretty ambitious and even restores some playable characters, adds stuff from the audio dramas and other official sources etc. I'm thinking of seeing if the Engage Uncensored team will be willing to pick up the Fates mod and fix it once and for all.

I've never played the game, but it sounds very much like the only reason you can have an S-Supported Anna that does Engage+ is by completing her relationship subquest, which was removed from the game. So the only reason it was possible was because OP modded the game. However, the ban does not simply state that the reason for the ban was because of using a modded client; this leaves the reason unclear enough that people can easily jump to conclusions. It's just a bad mod. The ban could easily have stated, "User posted video that proves he was using modded client. Using modded clients are illegal as per this rule. According to our rules, this results in perma-ban."
