It doesn't matter much which one you choose because Rex canonically gets both, but I prefer Mythra
You don’t have to choose, but Pyra’s anime cringe levels are higher insofar as she’s the absolutely unreal combination of being extremely hot but also innocent and naive but also a mother-like caring figure with no personality other than caring for (you).
It basically reeks of kissless hikikomori otaku fantasy more than almost any other aspect in the game.
For gameplay there is no choice, once Mythra is available she's the only blade Rex should be using.
