This is kinda mind blowing news to me. The visuals and the characters in the game were great but the combat was a step backwards from the previous 2 games. Wasn't a fan of watching enemies empty machine gun clips into Elisabeth's back while she crouched down, did nothing and took zero damage.
it was the first new AAA game I played on my newly bought pc back then (i5 3570K, GTX 660Ti), and I'm typing this post from that same pc.
I still see no need to upgrade it, I have a crappy xbone and literally have been able to play every game that came out.

It's a much more thematically enjoyable stun. Presentation is arguably more than half of what makes a game great or awful. It's also why Shock Jockey is the weakest of the electric based attacks
game was so bad they had to retcon the entire series through forced stealth dlc yet people jerk it off like its a masterpiece because it employed quantum physics inaccurately which caused it to be interpreted as deep by smoothbrains
but the sex in old boy had a specific story purpose, unless you have some new party that would destroy itself and the world just to hurt booker, it would not be oldboy style. also, nothing in infinite had any sort of specific purpose, neither in story nor mechanic.
When I played this I realized the disconnect between what journalists praise and actual gameplay. The mechanics in this game are so dull and surface level.
