Sure but Tauren and Orcs haven't known of each other for even 20 years yet. Seeing a fully adult half-orc half-tauren doesn't make sense, not that blizzard cares since now minority humans and elves exist.
To be frank, the only half-breeds we should be allowed to play are half-elves (Alliance) and Mok'Nathal (Horde).
They're the only half-breed that you could call, "numerous".
We've never had a confirmation humans and dwarfs can breed.
We have:
Elves + Humans
Humans + Orcs
Orcs + Ogres
Orcs + Draenei
Human + Dwarf or Gnome could be inferred since they are all titanic creations, but I have no idea.
Also maybe Troll + Elf or Troll + Human considering Elves descend from Trolls, but we don't know.
There's also Medan (lmoa), which if canon Human + Draenei might be possible.
Also Human + Ogre or Elf + Orc might be possible if we go by permutations, but I have no clue.

If Draenei-Orc is possible (Garona) then anything under the sund could be possible.
But let's not let this distract us from the fact that all deities in the setting are almost certainly robots wearing holograms.
