no shit, it was a chink scam day 1
thanks for the shekels btw
it's what blizzpigs deserve
Why do they never learn?
it's to be expected from morons who think mobile shit is fine and have brain rot from mmorpgs and mobas
Wow the megacorp that made Diablo 3 and Immortal engages in scummy monetization tactics, who would hBe thought! It's been this way for 10+ years, OP. Dumb game made for dumb people.
It's like that with some other games too like Halo Infinite. The only way to avoid it is to literally not check your season progress blindly.
blizzardgays play WoW.
They have the worst taste in the entire industry.
I know vlizztards. They probably think "wow that will be great profit, makes sense as a business decision. Good one blizz"
I really wish I was joking
Why are they like this?
Blizzard is their cult.
they're piggies demanding to be exploited
That is a bot. The internet is over half bots. People don't seem real because they aren't real. This is just "pilpul.exe" running.
The same people will then talk about "smashing capitalism" and how corporations are le bad, before switching tabs to defend another corporation
Anyone who has a blue check is a complete fricking moron
Imagine buying social media. It's like paying for a Ganker pass. Imagine paying for a Ganker pass but on Twitter.
At least with a Ganker pass you can post in /vip/ and ignore captchas, meanwhile on shitter you can only tweet more and view more posts. Elon fricked the site.
Some people just have their brains wired to be consumer peasant fodder, I don't understand it either
Now post something that normal people without Twitter accounts can actually view.
works on my machine bro. I've never had an account.
You should have a twitter account.
you should have a nice day.
You'll always be on the receiving end. You've accepted a life of servitude.
Jokes on you, i like receiving~
Also you're the one who has a cuckter account
Only an idiot wouldn't want to spread themselves wherever they can. Fester here, you've already decided you'll die with no impact.
>Implying you have an impact
you don't.
Nice cope. I'll keep spreading my propaganda on several sites while you remain irrelevant.
you're going to tell everyone that you're moronic? we all know that already
Spread what you want, you'll remain a literal who forever, keep seething as your efforts get wasted and the only one who even skims over your tweets is your mom.
genshin impact
Sorry did I get lost in this conversation because I could've sworn it was about having an account on a social website
There's a reason all Ganker threads that aren't AGP goonseshes are taking content from twitter.
do you have a script blocker? might be that, i don't have a twitter and can see it
frick it, I was able to view it on twitter but here's the YT clip as it happened live starting at the timestamp since there's some cuts in the twitter video anyway - https://www.youtube.com/live/dJlxzwENDPc?feature=share&t=11372
Why do people still willingly participate in society when it's just an extended humiliation ritual?
fear of responsibility that comes with having freedom and power
they don't want your kids to go to private schools. they don't want your kids to inherit enough money to buy a house.
etc.
COMING SOON: constant popups where the button to X out is right over the battle pass button
Oh and the popup randomly closes or resizes itself on its own and we'll blame it all on lag.
>Pay for the premium battlepass
>Have the premium battlepass sitting on your account
>Open the menu where you activate your premium battlepass
>It defaults to the option where you activate the premium battlepass that you paid for
>wtf, how predatory that it defaults to the premium battlepass option that I paid for
If you didn't want the premium battlepass then don't fricking pay for it
He got it from launch and wanted to save it for a later season.
It's worded as simply being a "Seasonal Battle Pass Unlock" and the website states that "Battle Pass unlock applies to one Diablo® IV Seasonal Battle Pass only." However, I wouldn't doubt that the Unlock actually expires along with the battle pass if you don't activate it, so everyone trying to "save it" will get to next season and find that option gone. But we'll see in three months.
Didn't Epic or somebody literally lose a lawsuit for that.
I think the worst thing is there is no confirmation button when activating it
Literally every other games has one, except d4
Is this even legal? I know in France there's law about how you need a confirmation page when buying shit but don't know if it applies to online games
Time to report worldanvil to france.
The "confirmation" happens when you actually buy it. It comes with the special edition of the game. The transaction had already occurred in this case. This is just the button to activate it ingame.
Ah, that's still scummy af but gamepass buyers deserve it so it's less disgusting and more funny.
Of course, it was already kinda funny because you need to play diablo 4 for this shit to happen to you.
Yeah I guess that's why they want you to buy coins instead and using those coins to buy shit, allow them to not display a confirmation box since you already bought the coins
Didn't something similar happen in Overwatch? I remember there being some controversy about if you press spacebar the menus default options line up to automatically purchase things in the shop?
Don't know about this one but in OW2 you could accidentally buy skin when typing in chat
But in the clip you posted his cursor didn't snap to it, he just randomly pressed the button like a moron.
Either way have a nice day Blizzdrone.
The console button selection always starts on "claim premium battle pass" whenever you go to the menu
It snaps down on PC
And he goes to claim the stuff too.
Blizzard fans are fricking moronic, pretty sure you could try to contact blizzard and tell them it was a misclick, maybe they'd revert it if you didn't claim the shit.
Then again, blizzard is blizzard so i could be wrong.
given there's no extra popup to be sure the player wants to do this, there's no way in hell they'd allow refunds on people going "whoops, don't want to have it now"; especially when in theory they've gone through half of the battlepass already at the time of unlocking it
>pretty sure you could try to contact blizzard and tell them it was a misclick, maybe they'd revert it
sure thing dude
that was not a snap. and you can read that Black person, he wanted it, but didn't want to look like he wanted it.
(not defending blizard, the console shit is horrid)
>"snaps down"
legit moron
Kind of deserved it for playing a blizzard game
It's not "snapping" he's playing with a controller,it doesn't have free movement, it goes to the first button, which is deliberately the battle pass activation of course
We're hitting levels of israelitery previously thought impossible
>playing on controller
blizzard is a scum and deserves to burn but why is playing it on inferior device?
>battlepasses in a paid game are ok but lets get mad at this UI for making you accidentally buy it
This is for people that already bought it. It simply activates it. The option to activate it doesn't show if you haven't bought it yet. It's an option to buy it instead.
why would you buy a battlepass but not activate it?
You get a premium battlepass as part of the ultimate edition, it allows you to speed up going through the grinding of unlocking the pass rewards. It doesn't make sense to activate it already halfway into the current battlepass and you might want to save it for a different battlepass where there are rewards you want to get or you might not have enough time to properly make use of it right now
The digital deluxe and ultimate editions of the game come with a premium pass unlock along with a couple other things. However, the unlock itself is (supposedly) not limited to the current pass and can be saved for a later one. Supposedly these players bought it, didn't like season 1's rewards, and wanted to hold onto it for a future pass.
>accidentally click the button to activate premium battlepass
>it doesn't show any pop-up, it doesn't ask you to confirm the order, just goes "alright then" and starts processing the purchase right away
Jesus christ how is that legal?
It's not a purchase button. It's an "activate" button. They already purchased it.
why does a 80 dollar game have battlepass?
Because people are generally stupid and bad with money.
They have stopped asking and are now demanding your money
>full price game
>still has battlepass
>still has $20 cosmetics
>still has blatant pay2win bullshit letting you just buy additional player power
that's just par for the course with modern actiblizz
>having Activision Blizzard malware installed on your computer
>Open up D4
>YOU DIDN'T EVEN COMPLETE THE MAIN CAMPAIGN SO FRICK YOU
But...I just wanted to explore first.
still skipping blizzard games
>20 fricking 23
>blizzdrones are STILL a thing
Jesus fricking christ
People still give Blizzard attention, just like Microsoft butcher them up already
>play clicky looting game
>game loots your wallet instead
I remember a few years ago I wanted to test retail BfA after not playing WoW since Mists of Pandaria. It went fine and such, but it got really fricking boring around level 50-ish and I decided to unsubscribe and such.
I was very certain I had only paid for 1 month of time and then unsubbed, but guess what? Whatever page I had used to buy time decided that I was going on a subscription until I went to the "correct" page to deactivate it (which wasn't the page that I used, apparently).
So Blizzard basically made me pay 100 dollars over a year when I wasn't even playing.
Called up customer support and those homosexuals couldn't give the money back, but teehee they could let me use the playtime later 🙂 (you know for a game I don't play)
And that's why you stay away from Activision.
For the record I only noticed this by looking at my bank payments. They deliberately design their shit to be so inaccessible so you don't know what the frick you're doing.
didn't epic just get sued for some shit like this last year
They did
