Kenji was the last sane man in an insane world for 14 years. When he was young he watched the cute girls and he said to dad "I want to be married someday daddy."
Dad said "No! You will BE KILL BY FEMINISTS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped.
But now in the dorm room hallway of Yamaku he knew there were feminists.
"This is Hisao" the radio crackered. "You must fight the feminists!"
So Kenji gotted his palsma rifle and blew up the wall.
"HE GOING TO KILL US" said the feminists
"I will shoot at him" said the cyberfeminist and she fired the rocket missiles. Kenji plasmaed at her and tried to blew her up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must kill the feminists" he shouted
The radio said "No, Kenji. You are the feminists"
And then Kenji joined the Student Council.
what disease does the MC have? in Lily's path, he mentions dying before the age of 30 or something, but never mentions dying so young in any other path. Pretty sure he states he will live a long life in a different one, but its been a long time since I read it
You don't 'have Arrhythmia'. That term means nothing more than your heartbeat being irregular for some reason and an arrhythmia on its own is practically harmless.
Assuming you get arrhythmias frequently enough, your doctor may conclude It's an underlying symptom of a more serious condition but nobody will ever be diagnosed as having an arrhythmia as the bottom line.
The writers were moronic to recognize this or ever expand upon the cause of his health issues.
Telling people (including the reader) that you're in a school for disabled people merely because your heart has a weird rhythm occasionally and then writing in a plot point where the main character has fainting spells and is at threat of death for reasons completely unexplained is not on the same level as a girl needing special accommodations due to visibly not having arms, correct.
