A 16 feet tall Ribombee would be 24 times bigger than a normal Ribombee. Could it be the same for other mons? (Tried with Aggron, and that would make it 166 feet when Dynamaxed.)

Depends on its personality. If it's a friendly or shy Pokemon to begin with, it won't suddenly become aggressive or abuse its power just because it's big.
