If we ever get a btd7, they should let you fuse your towers together to get tons of different combinations

Seems like a mario/persona situation where the spinoff series became more popular than the main series
By far. TDs have always been popular web games, though. I think it was Kingdom Rush was pretty big for a time. Bloons just managed to keep that momentum going well past the point when those all died out. Even I enjoyed BTD5, and I generally hate TDs, so I get it.
