If you mean bloon/pet/power/attack fx skin then I don't think there would be any that would be interesting. Most of them are just distracting and the fish MOAB skins are clearly the best so there wouldn't be a good one of those either. Though I will say the grim reaper farmer is pretty good.

what is with NK putting random unique assets in each game? btdb2 has a hero btd6 doesn't, bloons pop has awhole bunch of unique skins, and other games have random stuff like this that isn't in the other games, why?

I've been a big fan of Gwen plus Inferno ring.
Pair it with a top path village, at least a tier 4, some glue and boomerangs for stall and watch it tear throw waves. It'll need just a bit more popping power for the bad on shorter maps but that nothing a middle path bomb can't solve. Gwen is pretty damn good when you time her abilities right.

Maybe apopolypse too though that mode is sort of just luck based. It's not super important on beginner maps but on the harder ones you'll want the extra help.
It helps you with the basics, you can jump into harder maps if you have the towers for it.

there are a few daily advanced challenges that use it as a solution to deal with the late rounds, I haven't tried using it in an actual game but it seems that it's a pretty decent moab/super-ceram stall for its price. Worthless against a BAD though

you need a bunch for monkey knowledge unlocks. Which don't matter for chimps but you'll want them for the other hard difficulties.
