How to decrypt the files?
If you don't want to spoonfeed it to everyone so morons cause a fuss and make the devs tighten security, at least give me hints good enough that someone with enough general knowledge could figure it out in 3 hours or less.
Just give me something so I don't need to reinvent the wheel or waste time on dead ends. I've spent so much time tinkering with game reverse engineering but what the masters do still looks like magic.
Did you break the .zip password by brute force? Did you decompile the game with ghidra and find the decryption routines? Did you side-load a dummy library to read the key from memory while the game is running? WHAT DID YOU DO???

I've seen this, specifically when I used her for Hiero and for SK.
I tended to have no issue so long as I specifically had Yuuka jump BEHIND everyone. That way, Yuuka takes the flag first and starts running forward because she's too far back. The rest will stay behind.
There's some fricked up stuff with Chesed knockback, I would guess Wakamo stands back far enough that she doesn't get knocked back between waves while everyone else in the front does. I stopped trying her when I saw how fast she died to turrets anyway.

Yeah, I game up on tryharding INS. Rentals are fricked because it's half underbuilt Mikas and half literally everything else spread too thin. Trying to get a decent run only to have to repeat that again is just too much time.

For Chesed, that shit is annoying. I know that I'm only able to do it because I have a bunch of specific units, but for Hod a bunch of freebies get you to the boss itself, and at that point it's basically just Haruna spam for 1 or 2 turns.

Anyway Fubuki, Kayoko, Hoshino, Tsubaki, Yoshimi, even Suzumi off the top of my head those all add CC. Saki is indeed great but you don't need her and I nearly got a 1T by bringing Himari instead on a practice run and relying entirely on Fubuki and Kayoko for CC.
You know, I was about to make a sarcastic shitpost about how I can only borrow one but then I remembered I can actually borrow 3 for world raid so I'll concede that I'm the moron here because I forgot this important detail.
I'm just 2T'ing it using Haruna/Fubuki/Hoshino/rental S.Wakamo/Hare/Himari then replacing Hoshino and S.Wakamo with Tsubaki and normal Wakamo for the 2nd turn. I forgot about Yoshimi, I could use her instead of Hare too. There's only one S.Wakamo and one Saki available to rent in my list, so I've also done it with Saki instead of Hare for the first turn and then whoever as the 4th striker.
I haven't even attempted Chesed yet

She gives crit damage buff from frontline, which opens up the Ako/Fuuka slot for other sidegrades. That's pretty valuable as they start to release more and more offensive supports; if you want to run say Kanna you need to push out either Ako for Serina, or Himari for SHoshi.
Don't think we have any data on how she'll turn out at top ladder yet otherwise. She showed up on Peroro to crit buff Irohas that took Ako's spot I think, but like SHoshi that's pretty clearly just until we get someone on-color in frontline.
Personally I was able to 1T Yellow Hiero and get Yellow ShiroKuro within ~10 bars of death using her+Mika (could've probably killed if I just ignored the ball reflecting mechanic like other 1Ts on Youtube) so she's certainly usable/viable at the worst.

Kokona can't reliably enable DPS rotations for a single high-cost attacker, and if you have a team of low-hitcount girls you may only reliably get 1-2 procs per fight
Fuuka probably can reliably do what Ui does and gives you a slightly smoother rotation, but she's slightly less cost-efficient and backline slots are in higher demand, you're likely giving up Ako for her

I have setup largely figured out and it's decently efficient, not perfect but it's feasible to capture all owned strikers dangles in a handful of evenings. Plus, it's not like I haven't already captured basically all dangles before.
Furniture interactions and especially headpats are a b***h to capture though, so when the time comes I'll probably have to reuse old videos for the bulk of it. Or maybe nexin would add chibi animation view mode by then.
As a sidenote, it's really weird how randomly offset all the dangles are. You'd think most would be dangling from roughly the same spot, but they sure aren't.

I rolled her for gameplay, she seems pretty good. There's no real way of knowing if she'll be meta or not but i'm willing to bet she'll be pretty nice given she has focused fire on EX, 10% extra damage against blue enemies and an extra 50% damage against enemies weak to blue damage.
If they make the next goz outdoors.
Goz is pretty much certain to have an outdoors at this point with the kit she has. The problem I think is that she's a Goz unit that has hat instead of gloves and no crit ue+ like T.Hasumi. I'm sure she'll still be used, but it might be a similar situation with C.Utaha for indoor Goz where she's just run as one of the dps in p1, or perhaps she can replace S.Izuna as a side dps with focus fire in p2 but I think she probably won't be the carry unless her numbers are just crazy overtuned, which remains to be seen.

It was obvious Fuuka would be good but she's pretty much married to Mika now. She's not Himari/Ako/Shoshi tier but she's pretty nice to have.

I can't see the status of the goddamn scarecrow. OTOH, the clock is a nice addition.
Look above its hp bar, there will be a blue debuff symbol if you can't heal it. There will also be a purple cloud animation around the scarecrow, which you will see shatter once the debuff ends. You probably won't even see it on the third one since the debuff will most likely disappear by the time you run up to it as it spawns far away.
I know what status to look for. I can't see it when the scarecrow's top half is off screen.
Are you playing on a tablet? A taller resolution unfortunately makes it zoom in in battle rather than displaying more. Can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to see it otherwise, unless you're calling a TS?
I was using a no-tank team so they weren't pushing into enemies. Had to switch to using reposition students to bunch everyone up.
Either way, you don't see the dummy well enough and certainly don't see status icons when running to the next one. This is remarkably poorly designed. I guess nexon found something for the arena designer guy to do
I'm now getting an awesome bug where the 2nd scarecrow gets destroyed by the fire the instant it appears, making it impossible to apply the debuff on the 2nd wave
If you're using Marina or Hoshino to push, try doing it at a different angle so that the first group isn't dying where the second scarecrow spawns.

also the quest you can clear doesn't matter that much, since they are pretty close ap efficient wise, the only thing you miss out would be the chance of dropping higher tier ooparts
purple and orange ooparts would be the priority since that's often the bottleneck, shards because they have missions tied to their purchase. followed by other purple and orange mats
tech note is pretty bad value
even if 3x is important, better do the bare minimum and clear all the daily missions because serina is still very useful

Well to be honest I was already close to just dropping the game altogether I had lost my passion a while back and just kinda did a few dailies before ignoring the game for the rest of the day I didn't take my raids seriously despite having all the key units, didn't participate in any any events just let them pass by, and never went back to PvP because I never bothered farming gear. This just pushed me to realize

I'm looking for ideas for 弾力装甲 translation. It seems to be a distinct armor type despite reusing the Structure Purple color. Literal translation suck; my reading of it is that the meaning is supposed to communicate a power armor/exoskeleton type deal, but Power seems bad and it's gonna get even worse if T.S vehicles start getting that type.
So far the best I came up with is "Machine" as it's reasonably futureproof? communicates what it is, and seems distinct from the current Light/Heavy/Special types. Though it's easy to start questioning why T.S vehicles AREN'T that type by default.
Obviously, once we know the internal name for it tomorrow, this might resolve itself.
At least sensei isn't down on the ground now.

her last EX damage multiplier is much higher (1153%)
even with all the passive boosts her first 2 5cost EX will do less damage compared to azusa/saori
Her power armor version EX has 3 attacks. The 167% modifier is for the first two beam spurts. The 1153% modifier is for the massive frickoff third beam at the end of the EX.

Koyuki banner is in 2 weeks, if she even counts as a e-girl. She looks like trash gameplay wise though. We'll probably get New Year Mutsuki in a month and she's really good. Also there's a really good chance we'll get Game Development Club swimsuit alts during summer this year so make sure you have a spark saved up by then. (you get about one spark every 2 months)
currently neither limited banners would benefit new players much (maybe toki since her armor type is pretty good), their kit are designed for the upcoming hiero raid

make a beeline to the boss, clearing the mobs nodes that have the "1" marking, sweep the nodes that has tokens to buy the key items to unlock he next areas, there's overlap of tokens so just use common sense

I want to roll for them but there has been so many new limiteds + good units in such a short time span that I'm a bit scared they will keep shitting them out and end up without funds.
They might be considered must roll for Hiero torment since their kits seem pretty designed for that. Nagisa might additionally be useable in a Kaiten p1 if we're splitting teams up in two again, but I don't think Toki would be used in urban Kaiten or even in Hieronymus outside Torment/possibly extreme due to her needing high enemy defense to compete with S.Nonomi.
I should have sparked Nagisa instead of toki....
If you're doing the upcoming Hiero Torment I think she should be pretty invaluable, and will make a bigger difference in getting a clear than Nagisa would.

I figure I can just hide her on defense and avoid attacking into Mashiro, but unsure if she still gets killed as a blue badgetank by the gorilla Iori in every other match. I know she was popular last season, but I assume that was for triple tank + Iroha stall clumped around her, which can't happen here?
How about Nagisa as a replacement for Hibiki? I'm guessing she's a lot worse since she's less likely to clip the backline, and doesn't throw the Normal skill extra missile at Shun in the back?

you'll have to play around with characters and their attack ranges. i've made it work before with characters like Arisu and C.Hibiki with their 850 range. Shun is also in the list because she's a slow frick who stops and casts her NS immediately
characters basically find the first one that enters inside their attack radius, and move accordingly. to have obstacles out of their line of sight, and finding and taking cover (if they do) before shooting
i have no idea about the numbers but it's pretty fun to watch

Might as well go all the way to UE40 (i.e. 2* weapon)at this point because you're only 36 elephs away from it. If you're out of eligma (the generic shards), you'll get more later on from events and gacha rolls.

generic shads are the pink shard that you get alongside the character shards when you rolled a dupe, you can use it to exchange it into a character shards in the shop.
Regarding special weapon (unique equipment), right now it's capped at 3*. It gave more stats and since it's free to unlock when you 5* a student, it's free stats bonus. It has passive Skill upgrade at 2*, and mood improvement at 3* uncap but you need hefty amount of character shard to uncap it.

upon 5*, you can unlock the students Unique Equipment for free. Then, to further uncap unique equipment, you'll need 120 character shards to raise it 2* and 180 to raise it further to 3* (currently it's capped to 3*). But since you're new, uncapping unique equipment shouldn't be your priority. since you already have a lot of toki's shards surplus in this case, might as well uncap it to 2*

what's the deal with the shiroko boss fight? earlier runs had me beat with her sudden burst aoe but for this run i survived
you can't defeat the robots at the back who receive only 1 damage, can you?
probably just need to time when you heal your students with either the healing nodes before the aoe happen (right when the robots spawn)
I don't think the healing nodes actually seem to heal you, only remove the attack debuff from her grenade?
She does seem susceptible to stun at some points but not sure if you can use CC to stop her explosion AoE.
She can't be cc'd and also can't be killed during the animation of that explosion. I just brute forced it by topping everyone off and resetting until I got a run where nobody died, but I think you're supposed to use the green lamp cleanse and prevent too many debuffs from building up on you in order to either weaken the explosion or stop her from using it in the first place, not sure exactly which.

I did some experimentation with it because she kept one-shotting my Mika/Yuuka even through shields while the backline would survive, it seems like it may just be a point-blank/proximity damage thing? I made Yuuka jump straight backwards at 2:10~2:15 when Kuroko started the bomb/AoE animation and got through unscathed.
I've also never seen her cast it before ~2:00~2:10 left or so, so given your completion time of 1:50 it may be possible to burst her down before she explodes once.
With that said I can't imagine the fight is meant to be a hard group repo/dps race check, but nothing else I've tried has consistently worked for stopping it.

Killing her fast will also cause her to use the explosion, from what I saw she'll do it around 1m hp left.
The couple of times it hasn't killed my frontline it's been before Type.B spawns. Idk if it spawning gives her a crit buff or something, but the absolutely massive crit damage she deals with it is what kills anyone that isn't lucky enough to be behind cover.

You know that translating and editing a video takes a lot of time, right? I don't need his translations as I already know Japanese but man, you guys really have no idea how good you have it with a translator working on them right after the update drops.

Yeah I know but it's a huge patch with it being anniversary so not having the translations kind of sucks. I wouldn't have minded as much if it was some deader period like Millenium story or rabbits and it keeps giving me flashbacks to occasions where translators slowed down then completely just full stopped.
Yanagi set a bad precedent with how fast he translated Vol. 3. It seems like people now expect that kind of speed for every new chapter now.

Snono is better for Insane because lower def and better dps but Toki is better for Torment because she has def penetration. Torment Hiero has 6.5k def

I don't believe there was a bug, per se. Her multiplier was buffed, and she now autoreloads on form change.
This wasn't really a bug fix. The way they had the mech animations set up, Toki in mech suit did less damage while autoattacking over the same period of time as Toki outside of her suit even with the attack % buff. This test wasn't done on a high defense target by the way, so it's possible that the additional normal damage from defense ignore would have pushed autoattack mechsuit Toki damage over autoattack maid Toki. Toki's main draw in mech form should also be her ex lasers, which obviously weren't tested. In any case, instead of changing animations or anything they just buffed her so she does around 150% damage per auto while in mech form. Characters normally do 100% per auto, divided by however many bullets they shoot at once, so it's just a straight damage buff to her autos. I don't think it really means anything, but they probably just didn't want the perception of "Toki is weaker inside the robot than outside" to exist even if it ignored EX lasers to do it.
One bug that does exist is that after changing to mech form, her normal skill cd is reset. This wasn't changed, so you probably want to wait until immediately after she does a normal before you transform her.

Mine is not maxed but I suspect given the current top teams that Nagisa isn't helpful (here, at least). With UE1 M777 she takes two cycles to kill the purple lantern on Torment difficulty, and all in all I'm not sure how much her buffs help. I am guessing not much.

I'm kinda unhappy with where raids are going. Insane is a speedrun that needs very specific units, with some others (i.e. sMari) artificially gimped. It feels like so many character ought to be viable, but in reality the entire 1000~15000 range is the same team with only practical substitutions being Ako=>nyFuuka and MAYBE Himari=>maxed Nagisa
Mechanics were starting to show cracks back in January and it's only gotten worse this time around.
There's a lot of viable characters that can CLEAR but the problem is that we have so many fricking players now that if of the players can do the optimal strat then that fricks the other 99% that can't.
I can't believe this game went from dead game that launched inside the shadow of umamusume to probably the biggest thing in Japan right now.

Clearing INS at all hasn't been a challenge for half a year by now at least. Plat now being the top 4% of all scores serverwide is an interesting way of looking at it. They just expanded reward brackets but should've probably gone priconne way and had lower ones be percentage based.
If plat was top 10% like it was at launch then it would have gone from top 10k to top 40k which is crazy to think about

I emergency maxed Toki yesterday for the same team, and man having less than 300k of breathing room over current plat cutoff does not feel great at all.

You might be lagging on lantern heals? Azusa is pretty fragile there so unless you are willing to restart for a curse to land onto Kokona for a free cleanse you might have to heal someone.
Also, I believe 3* Ako Normal + Kokona EX aren't anough to heal through the debuff.
My girls are basically nearly all maxed (Ako ue2, Kokona ue1). Feels like luck or possibly something obvious I'm missing

try popping the green node after the mobs spawn and before the aoe occur, i have no idea on the mechanic here since the debuffs are still there for some reason

The thing is the timing isn't reliable, I'm pretty sure it's based on Kuroko's HP. I had one run where I was doing shit damage and the mobs took longer to spawn, then I took a big chunk off her and the nuke happened at the same time the mobs spawned.
I had one run where I didn't do anything special and all my attackers survived (barely) but my tank died so I was fricked a few seconds later

The real key was consistently buffing Nonomi, basically. This was also consistent with practice runs. In fact, I did better since near the end I had enough room to buff Toki on her third use of ex.

and after that I do know I waited until the first minute just about ended before using SHoshino again
Then it was just a lot of watching the lantern, buffing Nonomi, using Nonomi, lantern, Nonomi, SHosh before the phase 2 transition, Toki got one shot off in phase 1 because Kokona lowered everyone's cost, and at the end Kokona did it again so I could buff Nonomi and Toki and Toki seriously pushed his shit in with that final hit

If you add up all the episodes Yanagi has released from the start of this anni arc to today then it adds up to 4.6 hours which can be rounded up to 5 hours pretty easily and you have to watch it all if you want to understand what's happening on the next event or to even have the game allow you to enter it!

i think you can do the world raids against kuroko just fine, but the final decisive battle (usually the one with the huge reward) would be locked behind the story

Wakamo's ex doesn't crit on final impact + SIzuna lowers crit *damage* resistance... Meh, I basically just used a lazy team that can stack up damage for team 1
Team 2 is easy. If you've built your twins, use the twins together and focus on Midori. Unfortunately their status effects only work when they're together so this only works for a single team. You can't borrow and make a second twins team.
If you have Mika, you can use a hyper carry strat. My team 3 is this, because Mika always crits so she literally completely ignores the crit defense of the boxes.
