I don't know if DC can still be played at least offline, but man was it a waste to let Evolution go when they managed to put together something that exceptional. The game even looked better than GT and Forza's future entries for a while with the only ACTUAL deficit being texture resolution. The detail was stunning and the post launch support was great. The additional optional driving model added a new touch to the game for people who wanted something more realistic, and they were even improving the graphics.
I don't even know that Sony has a studio making any projects I'd want at all at this point. I can only wonder if Sucker Punch is doing something cool or if Media Molecule has a game in them worth playing.

I have a gaming PC and Switch, the ps5 is redundant since you can play all of the worthwhile games on it on PC at a considerably higher quality with no issues and without fiddling about with an emulator like the switch.
Incidentally both are considerably easier to repair than any of Sony's shitty products.
The PS5 is the only one that's currently not redundant because you can play every game as soon as it's released. Switch emulators are usually running fine within a day or 2 of a newly released game coming out, and that game comes out 2 weeks earlier on PC or for a hacked Switch. But the performance increase from using a Switch emulator is the biggest jump right now, going from 30 FPS to 60 FPS is massive and you can do that for a lot of games.
When the Switch 2 comes out next year that will change however, the Switch 2 will 100% be worth owning again. More so than a PS5 because the PS5 games will most likely be ported to PC eventually but not having to wait a year or 2 to play games is a big plus to being an idort. Also the UE5 stutters are getting very bad on PC so having an option to bypass those for multiplats is legitimately a good thing. Same thing with being able to resell games that use Denuvo on PC if you buy a physical PS5 copy to cost them a sale after you're done with the game. There's games like Judgment and Lost Judgment that are STILL in Denuvo jail on PC because there is exactly 2 people cracking Denuvo games on PC. One only does Football Manager and the other doesn't really care for weeb games and wants $500 to crack them.

This, i tested pikmin 4 on yuzu. It was running well until i was flash banged with the light of thousand suns... Stable framerate but some weird shader problems.

This works if you live in one room, probably with your parents. But once you're an adult and buy your own place, moving the PC out of the study is not worth the effort. I have a gaming PC and Switch, the ps5 is redundant since you can play all of the worthwhile games on it on PC at a considerably higher quality with no issues and without fiddling about with an emulator like the switch.
Incidentally both are considerably easier to repair than any of Sony's shitty products.
The PS5 is the only one that's currently not redundant because you can play every game as soon as it's released. Switch emulators are usually running fine within a day or 2 of a newly released game coming out, and that game comes out 2 weeks earlier on PC or for a hacked Switch. But the performance increase from using a Switch emulator is the biggest jump right now, going from 30 FPS to 60 FPS is massive and you can do that for a lot of games.
When the Switch 2 comes out next year that will change however, the Switch 2 will 100% be worth owning again. More so than a PS5 because the PS5 games will most likely be ported to PC eventually but not having to wait a year or 2 to play games is a big plus to being an idort. Also the UE5 stutters are getting very bad on PC so having an option to bypass those for multiplats is legitimately a good thing. Same thing with being able to resell games that use Denuvo on PC if you buy a physical PS5 copy to cost them a sale after you're done with the game. There's games like Judgment and Lost Judgment that are STILL in Denuvo jail on PC because there is exactly 2 people cracking Denuvo games on PC. One only does Football Manager and the other doesn't really care for weeb games and wants $500 to crack them.

This, i tested pikmin 4 on yuzu. It was running well until i was flash banged with the light of thousand suns... Stable framerate but some weird shader problems.

This works if you live in one room, probably with your parents. But once you're an adult and buy your own place, moving the PC out of the study is not worth the effort. I personally just use a laptop connected to the living room TV for stuff that's not on console (so pretty much just emulation and a few indie games).
