Because Mario games don't have many female characters that aren't (usually) one-offs so they get in simply because of that reason. That's the only reason Daisy came back thanks to her appearance Tennis 64 and on.
I did, mainly because with these two characters they added who mattered to me. Daisy's characterization is second only to Wario's in the game, but the fact that they're still using 100% recycled lines for her makes me wonder if her VA got throat cancer or something.
NLG always adds new voice lines, every character in LM3 had new VOs except Peach and Toad
So I'm guessing they either couldn't get a hold of all voice actors due to 'rona and they didn't want some characters to feel neglected or it could be that they animated and lip-synched the characters earlier on, and couldn't record new lines without redoing some of the animations.
Or maybe they just didn't feel the need to.
I think Charles Martinet said that if he died, Nintendo has a ridiculous amount of lines from him that they can reuse forever that we haven't ever heard yet.
As in, they forced them to use those clips? I have a hard time to believe that considering LM3.
I just believe they couldn't get a hold of voice actors that aren't Charles, so they cut corners and went with re-used lines from Mario Party and Kart (Party surprisingly has new voicelines dedicated for the series)

There s a new strat that autists use which is even worse than lob passing and it's free charge passing to a fast character right in front of boom boom. Even if the shot taker is complete shit (low stats for shot and tech) it just goes in. Pure cancer
