>called super nintendo world
>only has mario, pikmin as nothing more than an easter egg, and soon, donkey kong
So are they gonna make anymore expansions to add more franchises? I don’t think it’d be too much effort to put a kirby cafe in super nintendo world.
florida is getting zelda and pokemon
At this rate, it'll open in early 2026 alongside mario 2.
It is?
Yep, Japan and Hollywood were just beta tests and don't have the land to expand much more anyway. Shame Epic Universe will be unbearable for at least the first 5+ years after opening, maybe even longer depending on how much is actually open on launch day vs what they'll roll out in the first few years. I'd put money on them going full shekel mode with fast passes and shit to the point where it's useless to go without buying one.
They could do Fire emblem meet and greets.
More like "Lucina kisses and licks".
Could you imagine the amount of horny coomers that would flood the theme park just to shake hands with Lyn or Camilla
They are sitting on a goldmine. All they need to do is put in the money for the outfits and hire the right people for the job and people will line up for hours for that photo.
What about a Xenoblade section where you can pose like Rex in the harem photo?
Like those cut out you put your head in? That would be fun too.
Can you imagine the amount of seething it would cause if the expansion to super nintendo world is fire emblem?
The smashgays would literally go insane
I don't get it
They had to start somewhere, and obviously chose their main series.
Pikmin is there because it's Miyamoto's darling, and he is involved in the planning of the parks.
I’m just wondering how much more space they can use
who the frick is in the toad suit
you want money, you do the big dogs first, star fox, mario, DK, and zelda. anything else is secondary for theme parks
If the upcoming section is replacing the Pokemon section, will Nintendo World gradually expand in scope until it consumes all of Universal Studios?
*upcoming Pokemon section is replacing the Simpsons section
FRICK
>replacing the simpsons world
thank god, simpsons world died faster than back to the future world
I had season passes while it was under construction and it was fun to follow the progress, only for it to end up as the worst area of the park. You have 30 years of material to reference and the best you can come up with is a shitty screen ride and some themed stores? It's fun to walk through once or twice but it's a complete waste of fricking space and I'm surprised it hasn't been demolished or rethemed.
>back to the future world
Can you really call it a "world" if it's just a restaurant and a gift shop?
The worst thing about that was that the actual ride was literally just a reskinned BTTF ride; the car movement didn't change at all.
frick the simpsons
But simpsons porn is my least favorite genre of 2d porn!!
It does seem that way. Though Universal's probably going to look more at re-theming old rides to Nintendo IP than anything new. It is funny about saying it will "Consume" Universal. Universal reportedly floated the idea of an all video game theme park for what became Epic Universe and reportedly had talks with a number of publishers about it but eventually abandoned the idea in favour of Epic Universe because they didn't want to become too reliant on other companies' IP.
Post the webm.
Japan is getting Donkey Kong rides i hear.
>Broken tracks jumps
It sounds cool as frick
Mario is over represented in smash
Damn I actually really want to own these
If and when they do more, they're definitely going to be the inhouse Nintendo stuff like Splatoon, Zelda, and Animal Crossing before stuff that's shared with other companies like Kirby is with HAL.
