The first attempt by this studio was hot garbage and the art direction in this one still seems ugly as sin. I can punt people off of cliffs in a lot of games that don’t look like Ass, so you better have something more going on.
Hell is indeed an ugly place. The game has practically nothing in common with the main story of Agony. The level art is similar, but in terms of level design and gameplay is completely overhauled. It's like Dark Messiah meets Painkiller.

Yeah, but certain finishers switches to a third person perspective, also when you climb and in cutscenes and shiet. You can also look down.

I don't remember if you have powers unlocked in stage 1, but once you unlock them and get your loadout sorted the real fun begins for me.
