Not really. Human minds are made to crave human interaction. If you don't get that, your body will be in a constant state of stress, which will cause inflammation, which can cause a whole host of complications. You also will not be at ease, so I would consider that being unable to be happy.

That's the problem though isn't it. Finding people you actually want to spend time with. I can confidently say, I've never met a woman that fit the bill. Even when it comes to friends, only 2 generally leave me in a better mood after meeting them instead of feeling exhausted.
