I played it twice one on normal edition and other with director's cut. It's carried by it's story and cinematics, once you get past that it's not that enjoyable since you can just take a bike and just play it mindlessly. Horizon is more of a traditional game but better because of it imo. I would rather replay Horizon than DS. Never played Days Gone. But zombies on an apocalypse doesn't seem interesting to me. Especially since I heard hordes don't come into play until very late which was a marketing point of the game.

Death Stranding is the worse of the three I would say. Truthfully, I don't think you should be wasting time with any of them.

Why are you in this predicament? Do not get any of these games. I guess you could get death stranding if it's very cheap and you're fully aware that it's a game where you're supposed to get high and just enjoy walking around.
Easily Death Stranding. It has both Kojima weirdness + a unique gameloop with traversal, combat, co-op etc. Horizon and Days Gone are more by the numbers open world games not necessarily bad ones but Death Stranding is far more in every way.
Death Stranding is the only good one.
Horizon if you are European.
Days Gone if you are American.
Death Stranding if you are weeb and/or hollywood-gay.

It's made by Dutch people that's why, reminded me of Crysis due to it's emphasis on graphics. No reason other than that.
If i wanted to play a European game there are a dozen better European games than Horizon(AKA one of the worst games to come out of Europe EVER).
