If you want to know why there won't be a Batman Beyond game from Rocksteady it's because the director already said in an interview that when they planned the Arkham trilogy (yes I said trilogy) they've already planned the story and structure ever since Asylum production until the Knight ending so the Arkham story is done, finished. If they make Beyond it won't have the same continuity feel as Arkham trilogy.
