I’m not sure about it now but I remember they used to air kappa Mikey and a whole bunch of other canadian cartoons and it was also the place where cartoons that weren’t doing SpongeBob numbers go to die and begun airing dragon ball z kai back in the early 2010s.
If I remember right, it was a contest and those shows along with billy and Mandy (known as grim and evil) and codename kids next door where the ones to choose from and grim won with knd being second place but since they saw the potential they let the show be green lit too
