They might change dialogue and shit but I doubt the overall story will be completely different. You'll still be going to 4 different planets for maps, being hunted by sith and dealing with Malak and the star forge.
It's all the in-between stuff that I'm more worried about. They might leave the original story intact, nothing particularly offensive about it by current year standards, but how will they, for instance, address all the slavery and exploitation on Kashyyyk? Zaalbar's brother is the one who sold out his own people, and you can even side with the slavers if you want. Can they safely leave this in? Disney already changed Fett's ship name for similar reasons, so they're not beneath re-writing things when it fits their interests.
How does KOTOR play on Switch? I read 2 has a game breaking glitch they haven't fixed yet so I'm not too hopeful but might pick up 1 if it handles nicely

Its has the exact same bugs the pc version has plus more I've only played kotor 1 but
