Its called reskin charm with a bonus or possession by ghost, both of which are easily implementable.

I have no idea who shadow jutsu is and can only assume that it's some weeb zoomer shit, but I feel like this is something you should be able to pull off pretty effortlessly with Monk, the Dark Moon Disciple substitution level(s), and the Invisible Fist Alternative Class Feature, and then maybe go into the Shadowdancer PrC if you feel that's not enough. Another option is Unarmed Swordsage, investing in the Shadow Discipline (again potentially going into the Shadowdancer PrC).

Any Monk and 3 levels of Sorcerer gets you all kinds of shit.

As you might expect, that's the vast majority of fiction. Hell, D&D poorly represents characters from its inspirations, like Conan and Frodo, by the fact that it favors casters so much and relegates equipment to random drops or DM whim.

Literally any random class with Hold Person, high int, low con. Give him a long range Suffocation ability/spell that never works, could even make it comedic relief. Easiest character build ever.
