Then scroll down to Weapons, and it alone is 6704 uploads. Except while Armor + Clothing includes shit like "Tacticool Armor for Aspiring School Shooter" stuff too, so actual number of lewd clothing is lower, weapons category is just that, weapons.
But sure, you can say, "that's wrong coomer mods, you gotta go to ll for your SEX MODS", and I'll laugh at you because nearly ten years later, F4 has trash sex mod scene. It's barebones, most mods are fricking old and dead (old doesn't necessarily mean "bad" but let's face it, no mod is perfect or bug-free), and cherry on top? If you go any deeper than just most simple acts of humping each other, you are getting loaded with outdated shit that will conflict with the rest of your mod list.
Also, about 70% of clothing mods are shit. People don't do nice, lewd outfits that fit into game, they make costumes for fricking Sims. Same with Skyrim btw.

Right now I'm playing through and I think I'm going to find a mod to remove the sneaking indicator. It's too easy to rely on hitting crouch for a second to see if you're detected or not.
I'm still pretty early on but the only gun mods I have are a few ones by Dak that add in fairly lore-friendly weapons and one that changes pipe weapons to look a bit less shitty.

Like, yesterday I wanted to know if there was a good mod for 4 that added in an M2 Browning. So I searched on the nexus for "M2" and on google for M2 browning mod, and the mod by degeneratedak for a shoulder-fired M2 came up. I looked at it, it seemed high quality and as though the author cared about the effort put in. So I looked at their other mods, and hey - they're the guy who made the attachment pack that I installed because of the Midnight Ride mod guide. So I browse through their mods, and I find a handful of weapon addons that fill a niche not filled by the vanilla weapons and which also look like they fit the universe.
You've just got to have some patience and ability to filter things that don't interest you.

This too - it reminds me of hunting through UT and BF mods on moddb or filefront(?) for cool addons or goofy ones that broke the game. I remember a mod for Oblivion back in the day that added a halibut that you wielded like a mace. I've not been able to find it and I refuse to replay that game without the beloved fish mace.

Only real way to start is to just get at it really.
It depends what kind of person you are. Some people learn by throwing themselves at a big project, failing and persevering. I learned by just gradually working my way up.
Start on something small and basic, learn the steps to doing it well and scale those steps until you're tackling bigger projects.
The steps to make a wooden crate are the same to make a 20ft mech at the end of the day.
In terms of 2D, they sort of go hand in hand. Getting better at 3D will aid in visualising shapes in 2D, and vise versa. But, ultimately it's not required. I'm middling at best with drawing, but I occasionally surprise myself with how much transfers.
It's all about relaying what's in the mind onto the canvas at the end of the day. And sometimes what's in your mind isn't clear enough to do that and so you need to study anatomy and mechanics to properly understand it.

Naked mods are really easy to do. Most of the time they even just steal 3D models from elsewhere.
What there's a lack of always, I find, is lore accurate coomer armor. Nothing too overt, just racy.
I don't want to prance around naked, but I would like to have some nice cake to look at anyway.
But those are hard to do because you need both skills and imagination so no one bothers at all.

We should make modding bethesda games a form of orture, you sit a guy down in a room and load up nexusmods manager skyrim/fallout and tell the prisoner to install a modpack manually and get it working correctly without bugging out.
I did the Midnight Run modding guide and that was a pain in the ass but after a couple of hours (plus however long it took to download one of the visual mods that was like 2GB on Nexus' slow ass speeds) I had it going and so far (crossed fingers) I've only had one crash.
