This car is already in Online. You just can buy it only when they put it inside used car showroom, otherwise it's unavailable and doesn't spawn in traffic.
However it looks like they updated interior and added some rust here and there.

Sabre became 1970 Buick GS (front) and 1970 Olds 442 (rear) mix while this one is later version from 71-72. Different styling. But I like your idea to have same model in different body versions.
God, the HD Sabre looks so bad with those miniscule headlights. I know they made it a mishmash of GM models but it really should have just stayed a Cutlass clone as the name (and Vice City beta design) intended instead of this scenario they've got now where at least half their muscle cars have the ass end of some year of Oldsmobile because someone at Rockstar adores the dual/triple split taillights that the late model Olds-es had.

Agree. That's why I always like chrome trim around them. They are still small but at least this optically enlarges them.

This is just Tulip from Gta5online. They added it in Arena War update and then everyone forgot about it because of weird bad handling flags making it bounce and turn left or right itself.

thats the problem with these cars in online. they should add normal and forgotten cars to the traffic. i mean im not expecting them to put emerus or nero in traffic but cmon tulip or other normal cars should be there instead of being hidden

For me it's Gauntlet Classic. I like how you can turn it into any generation of 1st series Challenger. You can get basic 1970 look, 1971 with side vents, 1972 and onwards with altered grille and tail or hood options. It's very similar to Dodge Challenger but still different enough to avoid law suits.
also fricked up suspension with no dumping but at least doesn't float around
