You could boil this question down easier for people. Would you kill a Dhampir? In the Forgotten Realms, they're objectively still a dead, tiny portal to the elemental plane of negativity. In that case they still Evil so it's an easier choice, but the same principle applies. From a Law vs Chaos perspective, the sheer confusion they wrought by existing I would say is reason enough to kill them.
