Not sure, Percival is pretty strong in his own right, I'd say the knights themselves would be one of the strongest in the roster if you consider a sane non-coomer take. It's probably Sieg, Percival, Vane, Lance, though I'd place Id in the same category as Sieg if not a bit higher.
In terms of groups, how does it go?
I don't know all of the groups or character that get associated in a single group, but let's use the ones I know:
Homoknights
Zodiacs
Eternals
The Society
My guess is that among these 4 groups homoknights would be the weakest, even if they do mog that vast majority of characters in GBF?
I can only say that from what the lore-gays have told me, the Eternals are the strongest skyfarers. Seofon being the leader puts him at the top I'd say, since he's their Leader.
While the eternals do have really strong people in it. Siete, Uno, and Okto specifically, their gimmick of being the strongest weapon user for their respective type is more of a marketing gimmick so their presence alone scares the shit out of people.
Zodiacs are not really strong, they just happen to be only ones capable of purifying bad energies. They are basically shrine maidens in a cleansing peligrimination until their year ends
Slew Fafnir, a dragon, BEFORE drinking dragonsblood and was strong enough to lead the order of the black dragon knights. He was top tier but became one of the strongest once he consumed dragonsblood.
it has it's coomer bait, but I'm playing as a the males and they all have unique backstories and mechanics. I'd say they over shadow the females if you're not a coomer.
Off the top, damage cap, supp damage, elemental damage, and skill cooldown, quick charge are a go to, plus add in some stamina and some drain and you should be golden. Also if you wanna do damage, crit chance weapons are your best friend.
So the end game is: >farm slimes to get upgrades for sigils, weapons, and characters >get Sigils from transmuting and curios >farm your Terminus weapons >use MSP to roll better masteries >farm for better Wrightstones for your weapons
Am I missing anything?
Supplemental damage > damage caps
attack buffs become useless in endgames, and and really so do support characters because it becomes so easy to keep yourself alive either by simply blocking, or with improved dodge/potion hoarder
you most of it, i think
I heard if you're a pirate you can transfer your save data to the legit game, is that true? I wanna try out the main story and buy if I liked the gameplay enough to do raids
Yeah but you need to hexedit the save file so you gotta research how to do that. Someone greentexted how to do it in a previous thread so you might be able to find it in the archive
I was just debating making a Granblue thread I was just curious who you would want as DLC after the first 2 or how many we may get after them.
I don't know much about Granblue but Apollonia being Eugen's daughter was a surprise wonder if she might make it in if only to sort of tie in with his little view-quest things that I can't remember the name of.
Maybe Soriz for a brawler though we do have Ghandagoza. I personally am halfway through chapter 9 so I'm really glad it looks like Gallanza survived, I guess that means him and Magiliele could be playable later? On a side note Crispin Freeman was a surprisingly well fitting voice for him
I've only played Relink and despise basically every game after Vesperia with the exception of Xillia 2.
They're just too different mechanically to be compared, Tales has way less of a grind and really you either play them for the anime aesthetic, or because the games are simple fun. Story and characters, even character design, pales in comparison to Granblue; I can probably count the Tales characters I really care about with one hand.
MONI MONI
Ritual summoning the next dlc character!
Is Sieg canonically the strongest Homoknight? Is there a hierarchy?
Not sure, Percival is pretty strong in his own right, I'd say the knights themselves would be one of the strongest in the roster if you consider a sane non-coomer take. It's probably Sieg, Percival, Vane, Lance, though I'd place Id in the same category as Sieg if not a bit higher.

>Dragonblood tier
Siggy
>A tier
Lance, Percy
>B tier
Vane
How strong was Siegfriend pre-dragonblood power up?
Slew Fafnir, a dragon, BEFORE drinking dragonsblood and was strong enough to lead the order of the black dragon knights. He was top tier but became one of the strongest once he consumed dragonsblood.
So is this a good game or just a coomerbait?
it has it's coomer bait, but I'm playing as a the males and they all have unique backstories and mechanics. I'd say they over shadow the females if you're not a coomer.
Hand over your Percival builds
Off the top, damage cap, supp damage, elemental damage, and skill cooldown, quick charge are a go to, plus add in some stamina and some drain and you should be golden. Also if you wanna do damage, crit chance weapons are your best friend.
Thanks I'll try to work towards that with what I have

Do granbluers like Tales games? I've only played a bit but it feels very Tales esque
I love Tales but I wouldn't really say they're all that similar. Relink emphasises simple rotations over long and elaborate combos.
I've only played Relink and despise basically every game after Vesperia with the exception of Xillia 2.
