the most comfy quest for me is the one where you have to catch some slaughterfish 🙂
It was called Go Fish!, which was pretty cute. I enjoyed that quest a ton too, anon. A nice, simple, comfy quest.
Great reward too.
Thoughts?
Not a quest, but one anon was talking about little details in the world that were nice. Reminded me of the area in Crucible where there's a fight club on the roof. No actual quest about it iirc but it's a weird little detail that I liked.
Honestly spent so many hours in that portal. The guy who wanted to an hero but couldn't because he'd end up on the Hill of Suicides was a nice touch.
Hill of Suicides was kino, although I preferred Knights of the Nine in general, tbh.
the quest where you had to expose that corrupt imperial watchman and have him sent to the imperial city prison. he eventually escapes from prison and starts to pursue and attack you no matter where you are in cyrodiil. which always led to funny moments like attacking me in a city where the guards, citizens and even some sleeper mythic dawn agent coming to my aid
That's such a kino quest, I agree anon. Great choice. Audens Avidiens or something.
What's the most kino way to do Whodunit?
the poisoned apple way
Leaving the big Nord guy till last so he goes mad with grief was pretty fun imo
Killing all of them out in the open so fast the last one won't hasn't gone aggro
leave the redguard and the nord for last so you get to experience the best voice acting in the game.
>AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEe
leaving the warrior dude and the granny, the moron ACTUALLY BELIEVES the granny killed everyone and just goes over to her and clobbers her with an axe lmao
the dimensional merge begins
Wasn't there a namegay that would make threads where he fricked with the game's code every once in a while? What happened to him?
Nickies
He just did one recently, where he ordered a pizza through the game
Nickiesmind
Nickies? He was around only a few days ago, I think. Managed to order pizza via an Oblivion character.
Does he still do streams?
I was playing Oblivion today for the first time in a while and just came across this minotaur, but for the life of me I can't remember seeing these at all last time I played the game. I feel like I'm going crazy. Anyone else remember these in the game?
It's probably because they don't ever spawn until your character is a higher level.
Nothing I'd like to talk about.
Any news from the other boards?
I hear you're a spastic, any truth to that?
They say syndicates of schizos have led a boycott of satanic goods in the land of /x/
Just as I thought! Just as I thought!
GRAAAAH I FRICKING HATE OBLIVION!!! I LOVE MORROWIND!!! Black person Black person Black person I HATE OBLIVION!!!!!
Doing all the city quests for 20th time but this time I'm also going to finish the main questline for realsies and they're all pretty good but there is more of a commiefornian vibe than I could appreciate when I was younger, still fun enough though. What's the one number they had to adjust to make scaling be less shit? There's still some sense of progression going from iron > steel > umbra's ebony armor > daedric but it's kind of funny how many enemies and equipment most people never encounter. Make the level cap 100 and you can only ever allocate one ability point be ability, then reassign scaling stuff proportionally?
Hm... liches look different than what I remember...
Finally gaining access to Arcane University is such a great moment.
Felt lucky when I found an Amulet of Absorption.
Exploring Amelion's Tomb in a FG quest was a neat little treasure hunt.
Gonna enchant some clothes with fortify destruction so I can spam fireballs while swinging my claymore.
Maybe this is the character that gets into the main questline.
Also found a rather large dock by the river that I never noticed before.
I love traveling the country as the sun rises.
the mage's guild quest line is even more annoying than the morrowind temple quest line. at least the temple quests don't lock important things like spell making behind them.
that thieve's guild quest where you steal an elder scroll
Capital!
I really enjoyed Oblivion but the biggest memory I'll have of it is buying it on PC when it was rated T and then being confused later on that it was rated M, the ESRB rerated it
What the frick, first time I've seen an npc riding a horse on the streets of IC Waterfront. Riding the horse that has always been unused by the gate. I've played this game since it came out.
Probably a courier
Aaaand she's smuggling skooma
She left the horse in waterfront and is leaving the city. Should I follow?
does anyone else think its hilarious how oblivion morons keep saying "i love the quests" over and over? its sort of like when a shitty game gets a cult following but everyone is too moronic make up a reason as to why the game is good. like there isnt a single intelligent person that likes oblivion so they don't even have anyone to even parrot, let alone form their own thoughts.
What you wrote makes you seem really unintelligent and pathetic, just so you know.
No, but I do think you’re a homosexual.
yeah imagine liking a game for the sole thing the game is about. they must be moronic
They’re not moronic, you are. c**toid.
I don't want to go to deep into mods because it can get crazy, but are there any mods one would recommend for a vanilla+ playthrough? QOL stuff mainly. For things like item/level scaling, all enemies decked out in daedric by level XX, enchantments being ruined by finding legendries too early and so on? I don't mind installing multiple mods so there's no limit per se. Just want to sand the rough edges of the now fairly old game.
Maskars oblivion overhaul is probably all you need to be honest.
Alright then. Time to return to OBLIVION.
Almost all the quest that occur in Chorrol are super confy
The argonian daughter, the castle investigation, fingers of the mountain, the farm full of trolls ...
Let's go bashing butts, as well as DEEZ nutz.
whodunit and the mehrunes razor quest from a dlc, that subterranean village and the ruins after it were very nice, feels like you were really investigating an actual place
