Dunno the exact details but it seems that Gamepass created this sort of curtain that causes the games outside of it to not get as much exposure as the ones in Gamepass. Plus, I think with it, MS is cultivating a culture of just purchasing GP instead of having people buy games outside of it as you can try as many as you want there so why bother looking outside?
The game doesn't come out until next year. Besides SFV, Capcom and Xbox have had a good relationship in recent years. I'd say that Capcom is even one the top publishers that supports Gamepass the most. Theres still time for an announcement.
