She's a Shaman so she can talk with spirits, during the midgame you find her just after she killed one of your soldiers and is about to eat him. She claims that it's all part of a ritual to help close the Worldwound, basically a portal to hell and it's the main driving force for the whole game. If you spare her you can either let her continue her rituals or tell her that your soldiers are off grounds. Later in the game you'll go to brothel that lets you do whatever you want to a slave that takes the shape of what you desire the most. You go there with her and the slave takes the shape of her dad, after a single nanosecond of hesitation she decides to kill and eat the slave. For her final quest you go back to her family mansion where her real dad is and she either kills and eats him or lets him go, after that she suggest killing the servants as well, if you agree she'll finally reveal that the whole spirits thing is bullshit and she only likes killing and eating people because it turns her on. Keep in mind that this is a romanceable character and you have sex every time she kills and eats someone.
