me. i identify more with casual and enjoy that i can just freely dick around with the only consequence being some impotent seething or in the worst case scenario, a votekick. the lax environment just encourages me to learn things and get out of my comfort zone by playing classes im not so good at.
me
Me. I get drunk on Friday nights and have some laffs in this silly game.
Trannies and legit moronic people like ACgay
No one plays this shit anymore it's like 90% bots now
now? 100% autists
normalgays are boring npcs stuck in their troonycord calls if they even communicate
Is that actually how you use whom? Why does it sound so unnatural and ESL
'tis. It's the objective form of "who," just like "she" and "he" have "him" and "her." "Who" is just also commonly used in place "whom" and has been for a long time.
I put on Black Box and Conch and pubstomp the night away. That load out will never get old.
Literally not this game that's for sure.
Used to be CSGO but now they've assfricked that shit into oblivion, no one's playing it.
everyone sane
It's the SSBM of shooters. Has a high skill ceiling but also very accessible and fun at low and medium skill levels.
Me. It's one of my absolute favorite video games. I've long since given up hope on ever getting a TF3, but I really hope Valve ports it to Source 2 eventually.
normal people

????
>competitive enough to annoy casuals
I haven't played it in years. Did all the casuals and kids move to Fortnite leaving nothing but sweaty millennial neckbeards playing TF2?
Compgays killed the game. Their ecelebs managed to convince Valve to spend months developing a competitive mode, destroying quickplay and replacing it with casual, and nerfing pretty much every weapon in the game. Despite all that they never migrated to the official competitive mode and still kept every weapon they didn't like banned in their fanfic meta.
appeals to people who like good games
>competitive enough to annoy casuals
Nah there are games with far more insufferable spergs playing like it's their career (and taking it out on their team)
Large teams of 12v12 put it above modern games where it's plainly obvious when a shitter is throwing the game making them easy targets. Whereas here there's little to no pressure if you're underperforming since you're just one ant in a colony
enough to annoy comp
They have their own containment servers with their own rulesets if they so really want to strip the game down to their """vision"""
>>whom does this appeal to?
People that play vidya for fun times and not to fill a void in their lives due to being failed normalgays, and people that resent how modern games only care about siphoning all your free time with fomo items/events, daily chores, seasonal resets, and battle passes.
the compgay pandering was a huge blow to the game's appeal. valve got mislead by the disproportionate noise compgays make compared to their actual importance as a player group.
literal homosexuals. literally.
real gamers
tf2 is the last vestige of games from another era that were made to be fun, with a low barrier to entry but a high potential for mastery
not that it hasnt declined in quality over the years but still there is nothing that even comes close
this
nothing has surpassed TF2 in the "class-based team FPS" genre
even the game that was supposed to replace it (Overwatch) flopped and failed miserably because they went too hard on the compgay autism and nerfed all the fun out of the game because compgays whined and cried
tf2 has a high skill ceiling that makes getting good fun but theres no battle pass exp and ranked mode isnt taken seriously so no one cares if you wanna go caber knight or some moronic shit. having 12-25 players per team instead of 6 helps too.
Cool guys like me
>fun-hating tryhards demand Valve adds a Competitive mode for them
>Valve obliges
>They ignore it and continue to make Casual an unplayable cancerfest with their endless sweating bullshit
Boy, TF2 sure doesn't make me wanna blow my head off. Totally a fricking "skill issue" because I don't want to play like my life depends on it in fricking TF2 of all games.
