    >S4 T4 W2 or 3 with an autogun and carapace armour equivalent
In a shooting match? Not a chance. In melee? He might get one wound on a space marine.

Nah Frank uses a plasma caster doesn't he? At least at the end of the game, and if we're doing stats then on the S.P.E.C.I.A.L rating he's like a 10 in everything(although narratively I'd put him at S5 or S6 since he can punch a fricking death claw dead.) and at least T7 for how insanely durable he is along with his APA.
Also W3 because I like him.

Thats fair 40k tech is way too strong but lets say no weapons or power armor just two super mutant beasts brawling it out fisticuffs. Frank is bigger and stronger than the average astartes

Without talking about Primarchs, I can't think of a legion that has anyone close to his size
I don't know why you'd want Frank to fight without power armor though
Without it, the guy is dead

Tyberos is 12ft tall same as Frank

ive had a single imperial guardsmen sniper body space marine terminators on tabletop, so dying to a regular guy isnt particularly meaningful either way.

        I mean canonically
It was mostly tongue in cheek anyway cause I'm pretty sure OP doesn't want Frank to lose

I'm pretty sure a regular bolter would just blow him apart.

and what a space marine could just shrug off a plasma caster like its nothing??

In Pandorax a Catachan guardsman kills a Death Guard Marine with a knife. So it happens canonically too, it's just incredibly rare.

40k space marines are fricking gay, all space marines and humans are gay except for Old Bale Eye

Absolutely not. He's on the low end of what Orks are capable of, and single Astartes can roflstomp scores of Orks.

Frank is technologically handicapped, the only weapon that could take out the marine would be his plasma caster, meanwhile a couple of bolter shots would probably blow up Frank considering his armor

The tech diff is too much for Frank to win. However if Fank were to somehow end up in the 40k universe he would easily be one of the strongest marines in the setting on par with the likes of Tyberos.

    Not a chance in hell.
Astartes aren't just big, they're extremely fast, both physically and mentally.
