the last 15 years have been a lot about hiring women, just for the fact of being women, and videogame industry is crashing because of that, and diversity hiring.

There is no diversity problem because women in general are inferior especially when it comes to creative endeavors. Everything a women has made has been an inferior knock-off of something made better by a man.
