Well hopefully it works, the game allowed E + numbers for Visor changes but refused to work with R + keys for beams, had it on T with menu pop up for a bit but it refused to save my changes when I wanted to put the menu on R after.

I assume you can just reassign keys normally. I find that the assignments they use feel really natural.

You can, it's just really iffy about saving it. Also the custom textures I downloaded include a interface change to match Primehack controls but they only half matched the default controls for some reason.
3 would have been good if it have more interconnected worlds and they felt more vast like in Prime 1 and 2. I actually liked the motion in the game, it's the other stuff that I felt made it worse.

I don’t get how people say prime 2 is better than 1. 1 has the better more varied environments, the story is told in a much better way and makes you piece it together for yourself, no dark world bullshit, no ammo bullshit and no temple keys shit. Prime 2 is great, but it doesn’t hold up. The only thing I can think of that’s better are the boss fights and maybe the atmosphere if that’s your cup of tea.

purple recolors of brown wastelands are interesting? Prime 1's areas may have felt like standard video game levels but the execution made them stand out. I cannot say the same for Prime 2.

Disagree completely, story is standard Metroid fare, and the Chozo scans are boring prophecy shit. The other logs don't even make sense, so much so that they've had to be written a dozen times over and they still don't fix the game's story. Prime 1 had good space pirate logs, but Prime 2 had the despair of the Federation getting fricked, the despair of the Space Pirates getting their wrecked shit, and the despair of the Luminoth. You also had the best characterization and body language of Samus in the entire franchise in this game alone. The only problem with Prime 2's story is the U-Mos info dumping but they're quick >no dark world bullshit

The Chozo Artifiacts are hardly different. Sure some can be gotten a little earlier but generally it's the same affair.
The artifacts are barely padding on replays at least, only ones I had to go out of the way for were the ones in Phendrenda at the end. Keys are so tedious that I've never gotten them properly, always pull up a guide for them.
MPT and the Zelda duo logo are in release hell because Nintendo doesn’t know how to price them. They got away with selling Skyward Sword/Link’s Awakening and Dread for $60. I bet they won’t come out until after Switch 2 so Nintendo can say “See, we’re still supporting the Switch!”

Prime 1 had better locations but Prime 2 had way better exploration and it's by far the least linear of the trilogy, even with the Dark World.
It's sad that Agon Wastes it too similar in aesthetic to the Temple Grounds, fixing that blunder would do wonders.
