Ideally, I would remove them, or maybe have it so some of the emblems shine in certain moments (like how Zygarde's cells shine in some of its animations) since its third form will already have the symbols in its tera crown, but if they really wanted the symbols to be there in its Tera form too, then make them more subtle for frick shake

Scarlet and Violet are on the opposite ends of the visible light spectrum, with their relation the the legends being pretty deliberate too (redshifted is how light coming off of object moving away from us is described, given to Koraidon because we're moving away from the past, and blueshifted is how light from object coming towards us is described, given to Miraidon as we're heading towards the future.)
The Dream World stuff may be a coincidence depending on how Indigo Disk pans out, but the relation the rainbow itself more than likely isn't
