It's heavily implied that you are not the same once copied onto their server. Jackie, for example, is clearly not the same Jackie you knew in life. Best options are Nomad ending or giving or body to Johnny.
I think it greatly depends on the state the person is in. Jackie was dead when Arasaka extracted his memories and they were only looking for info regarding the heist so they probably didn't bother to get the rest. On the other hand, it worked for the old man Arasaka and Silverhand. I guess it's up to the player to decide whether or not Takemura is trustworthy enough.
>Staying out of cover on the higher difficulties sucks
If you're a Body+Cool build, you can stand in the middle of a firefight playing with your dick on any difficulty. You're basically unkillable.
ARs and SMGs have their perks in under REFLEXES. LMGs are under BODY. So unless you're going BODY/REFLEXES the choice is easy. Even if you go BODY/REFLEXES you still should use both since there are no TECH LMGs. So you take an LMG for a power weapon and a TECH AR for a tech weapon.
>the ending is called The Devil >you literally sign away your ''soul'' in a contract
LEL the funny thing is there are anons who claim that the devil ending is the best ending.
>the devil ending is the best ending
it's the most fricked up one because the consequences are huge for the world at large, corporate overlords can now become virtually immortal
>the devil ending is the best ending
it's the most fricked up one because the consequences are huge for the world at large, corporate overlords can now become virtually immortal
It's probably the canon one as well since the system becomes entrenched and nothing fundamentally changes.
It's is a very good ending. Not a happy one, but good. V if terrified of death and would do anything to avoid it. This ending just shows what happens when you don't let Johnny teach you the value of living and dying
>It's is a very good ending.
All the endings are good in execution. But The Devil is a ''bad'' ending some could even argue that it is the worse ending. Worse than the suicide ending.
Is there a "good" ending that involves you giving your body to Sikverhand and going to become an AI with Alt?
Never bothered finishing act 2 in all my playthroughs
No way your mind, memories, spirit, personality can be transferred to AI. Even the definition of AI excludes this as being a possibility. If you can truly be transferred and are truly yourself, then you are not AI. Its the teleportation argument. You can go in some sci-fi pod and get teleported to Mars. For this to happen every cell has to be broken down, communicated across a network and rebuilt on the other side. The you that steps in is not the you that comes out. You die in the first pod and a perfect copy of you lives on Mars.
Saburo is good and AI now in 2022 is learning massively, doubt that personality matrixes wouldn’t be a thing. Cyberpunk in general is very vague because of shit like the body needing to be genetically compatible etc. At least the proto chip made sense with the nano bots
realistically the only way V would agree to this if they were already a corpo and loyal to Arasaka
and there's no way Saburo would pass at the chance of an even more loyal version of Adam Smasher

Jackie was fricked up because he had been dead for a long while before they put him through it.

They specifically explained that jackie’s engram was incomplete due to it being taken from an already dead and mangled corpse.
Do you honestly trust Arasaka to not pull any funny shit?
the idea of "i will become an AI" is stupid.
You are dead, something else with your memories goes on
sad but true
You'd be alive to everybody but yourself
I know you won't read this shit but whatever. What would you answer about https://www.consc.net/papers/qualia.html which one is the zombie and how?
This
I still said yes anyway because I wanted to make Takemura happy, even though I'd still be dead
So how are they gonna find a body, did they have v jack off into a machine to make clones to upload
i uninstalled this piece of crap today. First time played this game since 2020 and still sucks. I dont know why i download this shit and so many mods.
did you not play SOMA anon? a copy of your self isnt a real you, just some shitty copy of your memories you still die and join the void in the end
Is there any point to using ARs or Smgs when LMGs exist and do like double the dps?
They're better for quicker burst-fire compared to LMGs
Staying out of cover on the higher difficulties sucks

You can still die if you get tapped in the head by snipers.
Nope.
>800 HP
>Militech Berserk MkV (Increases HP and armor)
>Second Heart (Second Life)
>Bloodswell Perk (Third Life)
>Steel Shell Perk
>Indestructible Perk
>Pain Is An Illusion Perk
>Defensive Clotting Perk
>Immunity Perk
Oh, I forgot Pain Editor for even more damage reduction.

Smart weapons basically. Divided We Stand is one of the best weapons in the entire game.
I let Johnny have my futa Ganker body
No, I returned to Earth and coomed in Panam every day for six months.

It's the most kino ending for sure. what's the best ending can be discussed considering V dies in all of them
>It's the most kino ending for sure.
Nah, The Star and spess ending are also pretty kino.

Let me guess, you also didn’t give those children in Witcher 3 to the witches because it’s le obviously the bad thing to do
You're just a copy

Please respond
Ye, that happens in both the Silverhand ending and the Don't Fear the Reaper ending if you choose to let him have your body
Thanks

This shit pissed me off. If you decline, V just returns to Night City and guess what...the game fricking ends instead of just letting you continue.
There won't be any new genetics in the future anyways. Everyone will just be a carbon copy of a copy, might as well live on as a data chip.

no
Is it really artificial intelligence if the intelligence came from a living thing?
For me, it's the Satara.
