even if they did implement it, they couldn't make it a major gameplay feature. Cyberpsychosis would just end up making the character die instantly with a "Game Over" screen showing up and then the game either forcing you to star a New Game file or make you retry from a checkpoint and give you a new objective or "Hint" letting you know you should remove some of your cybernetics to not go crazy.

I'm gonna play the game for the first time when the update drops, I bought it for 5$, the only people that won are thw ones that waited for the product to be finished
