What kind of a campaign would a squad of Daleks go on?

    some combination of
    >Exterminate stuff
    >Annihilate stuff
    >Destroy stuff
As a game I think it might be fun for a one shot but would get very samey very quickly. Time travel could add some longevity but still wouldn't save it

The Cult of Skaro would be a decent framing device, striving to resurrect the master race. It also achieves the unbelievable in making the Daleks an underdog, the last 4 members of their race desperately trying to save it. You would probably need to develop a lot of tools for Players to work from the shadows which admittedly these murder machines always do but you need to figure out how Players would actually build those networks to hide behind. The hardest might just be coming up with a way to make enemies besides the Doctor threatening or just put a clock up that ticks down to when the Oncoming Storm roles in to break up everything they built

Yeah it would be betterer if the baddies won so that the manchildren who didn't learn how to make friends in school can cheer.

        Just don't include the Doctor.
Skaro and the Daleks can exist independently of the Whoniverse.

A SQUAD OF DALEKS WOULD FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS
TO SUGGEST THAT A DALEK CAMPAIGN WOULD NOT BE CONDUCTED WITH THE UTMOST DISC-I-PLINE AND THR-OUGH-NESS IS AN INSULT TO THE DALEKS
    YOU WILL BE EX-TER-MIN-ATED!

The complete annihilation of all life in the 40k setting, Chaos gods included. Thats a pretty reasonable 3-5 player Dalek campaign

i feel like you're going to have to have at least some excuse for the party to be aberrant, otherwise you're asking for four people to roleplay the same character with the only difference being whether they've replaced their plunger with something else

      >otherwise you're asking for four people to roleplay the same character
We've already done that when we played four suicidally fanatical Death Korps guardsmen and one dmpc commissar whose job it was to keep us out of trouble.
      >with the only difference being whether they've replaced their plunger with something else
What is the optimal composition for a squad of four Daleks, each with a special manipulator arm?

Question about the Daleks. Are they supposed to be psychologically full of hate but also hardwired to be slavishly devoted to logic and rationality? So, any given Dalek wants nothing more to kill you but no matter how enraged it gets it simply won’t do anything that is detrimental to its objectives or orders?

Basically yeah. It depends on the writer but that's one way of putting it.
The Daleks being robotically logical comes from the worst Dalek story and didn't really make sense at the time. But it can be explained by the Daleks starting to rely more and more on their Battle Computers when Dalek conquests began failing.

Would the Doctor Who RPG system even support a Dalek game well? More attacks then not are assumed to one-hit-kill anything man-sized, Daleks included, usually to encourage treating combat as a last resort.
